Standard Promotion Terms and Conditions
1.1 These General Terms shall apply in conjunction with the Specific Terms of any Promotion. You should, therefore, read these General Terms in combination with the Specific Terms. Where any Specific Terms conflict with these General Terms, the Specific Terms will take precedence.
1.2 Suitsme may modify these General Terms at any time, by uploading the revised General Terms to their website. Changes come into effect from the day on which the revised General Terms are uploaded to their website. Your continued use of the Suitsme’s services will constitute Your acceptance of any changes. If You disagree with the revised General Terms, You may cease using the Platform and deactivate the Account that was registered by You on the Platform using Your name, postcode, email address, and password.
1.3 If Suitsme makes a material change to the General Terms, Suitsme will notify You either by posting a notice of the changes on the Platform and/or via the email address nominated by You in Your Account.
1.4 By entering any Promotion you agree that you will be legally bound by both these General Terms and the Specific Terms.
2.1 All Promotions are open to persons over 18 years of age at the time of entry.
2.2 It will be at Suitsme’s sole decision as to whether any eligibility requirement has or has not been met and we may require evidence or confirmation from You before providing any items or services as part of the Promotion.
2.3 Suitsme’s employees, distributors or consultants and their immediate families may not enter any Promotion.
3.1 Entrants must enter Promotions using their full legal name. Suitsme reserves the right to disqualify You if You have used multiple names or any false names and Suitsme may require you to return to them anything you may have received as part of the Promotion.
3.2 Unless otherwise permitted by the Specific Terms, You may not enter any Promotion more than once and You may not enter or participate as part of a syndicate or on behalf of any other person, syndicate, group, society or company.
3.3 If You have not complied fully with these General Terms or the Specific Terms, Suitsme may enforce its right to disqualify You and require the return or reimbursement of anything You may have received as part of the Promotion.
4.1 Suitsme will not be liable for anything which you may receive under the Promotion which is lost, delayed, or damaged in the post for reasons beyond our control.
4.2 Anything available through a Promotion will be subject to availability, non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and where they consist of entry tickets, attendance at events, holidays, and similar time-specific benefits, they must be taken on the dates specified by Suitsme.
4.3 Any tax payable as a result of receiving something under the Promotion will be Your responsibility. You should seek independent financial advice prior to accepting anything under this Promotion if this is a concern.
4.4 Where something to be awarded under a Promotion involves Your attendance at (or the provision of tickets to) an event, You acknowledge that Suitsme is not liable or responsible if any part of the event is cancelled, varied or rescheduled for any reason. If this means that You (and/or any accompanying guests) cannot attend the relevant event, Suitsme shall be under no obligation to provide any cash or alternative tickets.
5. Tampering, administration and exclusion of liability
5.1 If for any reason any Promotion is not capable of running as planned as a result of any (including but not limited to) technical failures, unauthorised intervention, computer virus, mobile network failure, tampering, fraud or any other causes beyond our control which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and/or to disqualify You if You (whether directly or indirectly) cause (or caused) the problem.
5.2 Any attempt to deliberately damage any website used in connection with a Promotion or the information on it, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, Suitsme reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5.3 Suitsme may vary the terms of, or terminate, a Promotion at any time where it has reasonable grounds to do so at its absolute discretion without liability to any contestant or other person. The Promoter will not award the prize if the Promotion is terminated.
5.4 All of Suitsme’s decisions relating to the Promotion and/or redemption of anything awarded under the Promotion are at Suitsme’s sole discretion. No discussions or correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into.
5.5 Tiebreakers, disputes, conflicts, questions or concerns will be managed by Suitsme and, if required by law, by an independent adjudicator.
5.6 Where a Promotion involves voting, the accuracy of the pooled results received by Suitsme will be deemed to be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
MyIntegra $50 Voucher Promotion – Specific Terms
The Promoter of the Promotion is Suitsme Pty Ltd (ABN: 50 637 014 781) of 255 Hay St Subiaco, WA, 6008. The above mentioned company will be hereafter referred to as the ‘Promoter’.
If you are a person who meets the eligibility criteria set out in these terms and conditions (“Client”), you must indicate, at the point of signup on the Suitsme Platform, that you are a MyIntegra client.
If the Client fulfils the criteria, the Client is eligible for a $50 Coles voucher, which the Client will become entitled to upon receiving your first occasion of service from Suitsme (“Promotion”).
The Promotion will run between the dates of 01/08/2021 to 31/08/2021 (“Promotion Period”).
This Promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
The maximum value of the Promotion is $50.
The promotion is limited to the first 50 clients referred via MyIntegra Promotion on the Suitsme app.
A client who fulfils the criteria becomes entitled to a voucher upon receiving their first occasion of service. This means:
- They have received a session (min 2 hours) that has been marked as completed on the Suitsme app
- Suitsme have received payment from MyIntegra for that particular session
The Promotion applies to eligible Clients who:
- Are in receipt of NDIS funding
- Are also in receipt of services from MyIntegra
- Have registered for an Account with Suitsme for the receipt of Services;
- Book a service on the Suitsme Platform where the Service is booked to commence during the Promotion Period. The Promotion will not be applicable if the booking does not occur during the Promotion Period.
The payment to be made under this Promotion cannot be transferred or exchanged for other goods and services.
The Promotion is only able to be used once per Client.
The Promotion is only able to be used once per NDIS participant number.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control.
The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate Promotion details supplied to any recipient by any third party.
